The concept of Salumeria restaurant is inspired by Golden Rome, the true age of dolce vita. It’s an homage to whose times when Hollywood adored Rome, when morning started at noon, when evenings were welcomed with a glass of wine and restaurants were full of people, laughter and dance.
The very heart of Salumeria is traditional authentic Italian cuisine. In charge of it, there are three Italians, brand chef Ulliam Lamberti, chef Tomas Cassa, chef barista and manager Salvatore Cerasuolo and pizzaiolo Eduardo Papi. It’s more than simply a restaurant, it’s a unique gastronomic project which unites all key pleasures from Italy: coffee and aperitif culture, wine collection, gastronomy and salumeria, renowned Naples pizza, pastry shop with Italian desserts.
